Sun protection
Luxury sunscreens: protection, texture and correct use

Putting protection before sensory appeal
A sunscreen is selected first for the protection shown on its packaging and its intended use. Texture, fragrance and an unobtrusive finish can then make regular application more pleasant. Dermatology guidance combines broad-spectrum sunscreen with clothing and shade; using a cream does not make unlimited exposure to sunlight an appropriate goal.
Applying for the actual conditions
Expected protection depends on the amount applied and the renewal described in the instructions, particularly after swimming, sweating or towelling. Check water-resistance information and precautions around the eyes as well. Refined packaging becomes useful when the product stays available for everyday situations instead of being saved for only a few holiday outings.
