Match the document to the actual product

A genuine certificate may cover a facility, a product list or a particular batch. Before treating it as evidence, connect the reference name and manufacturer with the document’s details. A logo screenshot on a shop page does not provide those connections; request the complete certificate or confirmation directly from the issuing organisation.

Check the status at the time of purchase

The number, dates and scope should be readable without ambiguity. Where a validation tool exists, use the certifier’s official address rather than an unexplained forwarded link. Reformulation or a manufacturing change may require renewed verification. This documentary check supports selection of a certified product without extending the same status to every item from a beauty house.
